Typographical Errors
In the event that a (Woodshop Products LLC) product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, (Woodshop Products LLC) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. (Woodshop Products LLC) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, (Woodshop Products LLC) shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by (Woodshop Products LLC) without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Health and Safety Issues
Some Mohawk products are Hazardous, Flammable, Contain Poison, Potential Carcinogens, and contains Chemicals known to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Material Safety Data Sheets M.S.D.S are available upon request from Mohawk and or RPM Wood Finishing Group website.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Idaho, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of (Woodshop Products LLC) products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of (Woodshop Products LLC) products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. (Woodshop Products LLC)'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. (Woodshop Products LLC) may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Shipping & Handling:
All orders are shipped by Ground unless the customer pays additional charges for expedited shipping services. Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day No orders can be shipped to PO boxes. If we are shipping your order to a business, please include the business name. If any items of your order need to be back ordered, you will be notified by email. There is an additional shipping cost for back ordered items. We do not ship internationally, and additional fees will apply to shipments made to Hawaii and Alaska. Delivery: Woodshop Products LLC. makes no guarantee that ordered items will arrive by a certain time or date. Any quote regarding the delivery date or time frame is merely an estimate. If you absolutely must have the product within a certain time frame, you must notify Woodshop Products LLC at time of order. Most items can be expected anywhere between 4-14 days but could take up to 21 days, depending on various factors. Woodshop Products LLC is not responsible for any additional fees customer may incur for rental of equipment for purposes of unloading or other purposes related to receiving the product. Woodshop Products LLC is not responsible if the Freight Company provides the customer with a delivery date, and unforeseen circumstances delay shipment further. Once again, any delivery date provided either by Woodshop Products LLC or the freight carrier is merely an estimate, not a guarantee of the delivery date. Any number of various shippers may be used to deliver the product to the destination, depending on the item being shipped, quantity, time and destination. Some larger items will need a loading dock or some other special means to remove the item from the delivery vehicle. Customers are responsible to provide for these means. Again, the customer is responsible for unloading heavy truck freight shipments from delivery truck, unless other arrangements have been made (ie: liftgate delivery). Additional charges will apply for a liftgate delivery. Some items are too large for a liftgate. Customer is also responsible for the installation of products unless otherwise agreed to. Customer must follow the manufacturer's installation specifications and instructions for installation and operation exactly or warranty and return capability may be eliminated. If the freight company attempts delivery and nobody is present to receive shipment, causing a subsequent re-delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for paying a re-delivery fee. Additional charges would also be required if the customer needs to re-direct shipment to a different delivery address after an order has already shipped. Customer may also be responsible for storage fees if the freight carrier has to hold product due to the customer being unable to receive a product for periods of two days or more. Customers purchasing items that weigh over 70 LBS must ship by freight truck rather than UPS or FEDEX. Online orders: this residential delivery fee will be assessed after your order has been completed. Please indicate in our "Special Instructions" section whether or not your ship to address is a business or residential address. There will be additional charges for UPS orders shipping to a residence address. We deliver to the continental US, lower 48 contiguous states only. Please indicate if liftgate truck is required. An additional fee will apply to all orders that require a lift gate. Some items are too large to be delivered by liftgate. Call for details. CUSTOMERS PURCHASING MACHINERY THAT WEIGHS OVER 70 LBS: IT IS UP TO YOU, THE CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE A CORRECT, COMMERCIAL ADDRESS OR SPECIFY A TERMINAL PICKUP AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. IF YOU HAVE ERRONEOUSLY GIVEN US A SHIPPING ADDRESS THAT THE SHIPPING COMPANY INFORMS US IS A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, (OR IS IN ANY OTHER WAY INCORRECT) IF WE CATCH THE ERROR BEFORE THE SHIPMENT IS DELIVERED YOU HAVE THE OPTION OF PAYING THE EXTRA CHARGE OR PICKING THE MACHINERY UP AT YOUR LOCAL TERMINAL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ANY COSTS INCURRED TO US DUE TO SUCH ERRORS TO THE CUSTOMER IN THE EVENT OF THE ORDER FULFILLMENT OR POSSIBLE CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER. Orders to be shipped by US Mail will require an additional handling charge and may add 2-3 working days to process your order. Please be advised UPS and FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Boxes and to some rural address. If there is no UPS, FedEx ground service to your address additional shipping charges will apply.

Overview
When you enroll in the Coupons ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions. Woodshop Products LLC./woodshopproducts.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time, without notice, to add to, remove from, change or terminate the Program; for example, _Woodshop Products LLC./woodshopproducts.com may change the Program benefits, Coupons credit levels, Program affiliations or redemption offers at any time without notice. Participants are responsible for accessing these sites in order to keep informed of Program features applicable to Participants' rights and responsibilities with regard to the Program. For questions regarding the Program, Participants may also call 1-208-777-9663 (8 a.m to 5 p.m., (Pacific Time Zone), Monday through Friday).
Coupons credits may be redeemed in accordance with these Program Terms and Conditions. Woodshop Products LLC./woodshopproducts.com may further restrict the Program based on your place of residence.
When you obtain Coupons credits, you have obtained a limited license from Woodshop Products LLC./woodshopproducts.com as described in these Program Terms and Conditions. Coupons credits are not your property. Coupons credits are not transferable under any conditions, including upon a Participant's death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or in any other matter, and any purported transfer or exchange of Coupons credits is null and void. Coupons credits may not be combined with any other Program Participant's Coupons credits. All Coupons credits will be forfeited upon your withdrawal from or termination of the Program.
Coupons credits have no MONETARY value and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon or promotion. COUPONS CREDITS CAN NEVER BE CONVERTED TO CASH OR REFUNDED, EVEN UPON CANCELLATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT BY YOU OR TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF YOUR ACCOUNT BY US.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Woodshop Products LLC./woodshopproducts.com retains ownership rights in any and all Coupons credits and grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Coupons credits only as specifically designated by Woodshop Products LLC./woodshopproducts.com as part of the Program. In the event that your account is canceled or terminated by you or by Woodshop Products LLC./woodshopproducts.com for any reason, then you will no longer have the right to use any Coupons credits stored in or otherwise associated with your account, without any compensation to you or any liability of Woodshop Products LLC./woodshopproducts.com. Once Coupons credits are deleted from your account, they will not be reinstated, except at owner's sole discretion. Your only recourse and rights, if any, with respect to Coupons credits obtained by you, is to redeem such Coupons credits in accordance with these Program Terms and Conditions pursuant to eligible redemption offers as specifically designated _____ from time to time in owner's sole discretion.
You are encouraged to redeem Coupons credits stored in your account. The availability of any feature or aspect of the Program cannot be guaranteed. The existence of a particular offer available for redemption of Coupons credits is not a commitment by Woodshop Products LLC./woodshopproducts.com to maintain or continue to make such offers in the future. Coupons credits required for any redemption offer may increase at any time. The scope, variety, and type of offers that may be available for redemption of Coupons credits can change at any time. Woodshop Products LLC./woodshopproducts.com have no obligation to continue making offers available for redemption of Coupons credits. In addition, we may limit your use Coupons credits stored in your account, including applying limits to: the number of Coupons credits you may have stored in or credited to your account balance at one time, the number of Coupons credits you may redeem within a given time period (for example, one day), or the number of Coupons credits you may obtain per promotion. VOC Products Disclosure
Professional Wood Product Coatings and Solvents
This Disclosure Notice provides general information to our customers on the legal purchase, and use of Mohawk professional wood product coating and solvent products containing volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
Mohawk produces coatings and associated solvents, i.e., reducers and retarders, that are designed, manufactured, marketed, labeled, offered for sale, sold and intended only for shop application by commercial and industrial wood product coating application operations subject to applicable wood product coating air quality regulations in the air districts in which they are purchased, and used ("Mohawk Professional Wood Products"). These air district rules are intended to reduce VOC emissions from the application of coatings to any wood products. VOCs react photo-chemically in the atmosphere to form ozone, i.e., smog, which is harmful to human health and the environment. No one can, purchase, or apply wood product coatings and solvents unless they comply with the air district's applicable rules which regulate their use. As a customer, you are responsible to know your air district's rules applicable to the purchase, and use of Mohawk Professional Wood Products.
Mohawk Professional Wood Products are intended only for purchase and use on wood products in professional commercial and industrial wood product coating shop application operations ("Wood Product Shop Operations"). Wood products are surface-coated room furnishings which include detached/non-stationary cabinets, tables, chairs, beds, sofas, shutters, art objects, and any other coated objects made of wood, composite wood, simulated wood material used in combination with wood or composite wood, and/or paper laminated on composite wood. Wood Product Shop Operations are a combination of coating application steps which may include use of spray guns, flash-off areas, spray booths, ovens, conveyors, and/or other equipment operated for the purpose of applying coating materials in a manner regulated to reduce VOC emissions. Such Wood Product Shop Operations are subject to strict air district regulations governing the equipment, coating and solvent products and VOC emissions.
Generally, air district regulations impose lower VOC limits on coating and solvent product materials for retail consumer, architectural or on-site i.e., non-shop uses, than for Professional Wood Product Shop Operations. Woodshop Products LLC. does not, distribute, supply or sell its Professional Wood Products for such retail consumer, architectural or site, i.e., non-shop, uses. Mohawk Professional Wood Products cannot, and are not to, be sold or used as architectural coatings which are field-applied to stationary sources.
Mohawk reducer and retarder solvents are designed for use with Mohawk Professional Wood Product coatings, although Mohawk designs and manufactures its coatings to be used without the addition of any solvent. When using a reducer or retarder, you should take care not to exceed the maximum allowed VOCs of the coating during operation. As with its coatings, Mohawk reducer and retarder solvents are solely intended for commercial and industrial Wood Product Shop Operations, not retail consumer or architectural stationary source field application, and are subject to stringent air district VOC air quality regulations.
Air districts vigorously enforce and impose stiff penalties for violation of, their air quality rules. You need to read, understand and know how these air quality rules apply to you, the customers who buy and uses them. Air district VOC air quality rules applicable to coating and solvent products vary and change over time with increasingly lower VOC limits and ever more stringent restrictions on use. Ignorance of the law is no excuse or defense to an air district enforcement action. Be, and stay, informed and current on the air district rules applicable to you and your use of Mohawk Professional Wood Products.
As a customer, you are responsible to know your Air District's rules applicable to the purchase, and use of Mohawk Professional Wood Products. IF YOUR UNSURE OR UNABLE TO ABIDE BY YOUR LOCAL, CITY, STATE AND FEDERAL AIR DISTRICT VOC AND OR ANY OTHER VOC REQUIREMENTS DO NOT USE THESE MOHAWK PRODUCTS. HIRE A LOCAL PROFESSIONAL FINISH SHOP THAT CAN ABIDE BY THE AIR DISTRICT VOC RULES AND REGULATION OR RETURN THE PRODUCTS TO US.
